You can walk from BoardWalk Inn to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. You can take the boat to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. For Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney Springs, you'll use Disney buses. That setup is usually easier than relying on buses for every park day.
